Returns

At NWHBIKES, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
