  2. Pre-Quote and Booking Time: Based on the provided information, we will generate a pre-quote estimate for the anticipated labor costs. Users will be presented with available time slots for booking their service appointments.

  3. In-Person Inspection: Upon arrival at our facility, our skilled technician will conduct a thorough inspection of the bicycle to assess the full scope of required repairs or maintenance. Any adjustments to the initial labor estimate will be communicated to the customer for approval.

  4. Confirmation of Quote: Following the in-person inspection, we will confirm the final quote for labor costs. Customers have the option to choose whether they would like us to supply the necessary parts and accessories or if they prefer to provide their own.
